The conference, described as "a gathering of innovative thought leaders who are changing the way we work, connect and collaborate", showcased Skild Founder & CEO, Anil Rathi on a panel discussing innovation in HR.  Anil highlighted how organizations are using platforms like Skild to recruit and screen job applicants.  Recruiters essentially create tasks that potential employees must complete.  These projects are uploaded, evaluated and scored within Skild, enabling HR representatives to get better insight into the talents of applicants.
