We may disclose personal information to affiliated and unaffiliated third parties who work with us on marketing, product development, service enhancement and other similar matters, provided they contractually agree to the same level of protection as set forth in this Policy, and to limit their use of the data to the specified services provided on our behalf. These third parties include the sponsors for any competitions, award programs, contests or innovation challenges we offer. Customer Information is used and shared solely to provide our services to our customers and for no other purpose.

Data Retention

We will retain your personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. We may continue to retain and use aggregated or anonymized data derived from personal information, provided such data cannot be used to identify any individual. Please be aware that we may also be required to retain your personal information for purposes of complying with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
