Big news on the Cisco front!

For the past four years, Skild has partnered with Cisco on its empowering Global Problem Solver Challenge, which gives student entrepreneurs from around the world an opportunity to develop new business ideas and leverage technology for maximum social impact. 

This past Tuesday, Cisco made a big reveal — announcing the 20 finalists for the 2020 Global Problem Solver Challenge. And this year, they’re offering an additional prize package, “India Impact,” which rewards solutions that address social or environmental issues affecting India.

We’re proud to help power such a great program and cause. And we’re thrilled to report that every year that Skild has been involved, participation has doubled! Which says nothing about quality — this year’s judges had a particularly hard time narrowing down a list of finalists due to superior submissions across the board from every continent, excluding Antarctica.

But time is running out! Drop what you’re doing and cast your vote for the two People’s Choice Awards, which recognize the very best of the global finalists and “India Impact” finalists. Voting ends July 31, and winners will be announced August 5.
