In light of the COVID-19 virus, we wanted to make you aware of the steps we are taking here at Skild. We are happy to say that our service remains largely unaffected at this time.
All of our systems are up and we expect no interruptions to the platform service. All of our employees are currently sheltering in place at their homes. We have asked our contractors, regardless of location, to do the same. Because of this, we may not have access to the same technology or resources that we do when in the office. Many of us will be tending to our families at home as well. Because of this, responses may be slower than you are used to receiving from us. We ask that you allow extra time for any requests or tickets, and please take advantage of our support portal at support.skild.com. We also ask that if you have an active competition coming up and the virus is creating a change in your timeline, please email us as soon as possible (ideally with the new dates) so that we can budget resources appropriately as soon as possible.
