Announcing the 100 Finalists in the 2016-17 Paradigm Challenge

The 2016-2017 Paradigm Challenge asked students to focus on waste reduction. After received thousands of incredible submissions, we are excited to announce the 100 Finalists.  Many of these impressive student entries have already made a difference in the world and many others will make a difference in the future.

We need your help!  Please visit the challenge website to view the 100 Finalists and vote for your favorite entry or entries to help them win up to $5,000 in our Public Voting competition.

Finalists stem from 18 different countries, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Georgia, Honduras, India, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam, and Zambia. With participants from more than 173 different countries, The Paradigm Challenge has become a global youth movement to solve real world problems.

There are 100 cash prizes including:

Grand Prize (1) - $100,000
First Place Prizes (2) - $5,000
Second Place Prizes (3) - $1,000
Finalist Prizes (91) - $200

We're also announcing a new challenge for youth around the world. The 2017-18 Paradigm Challenge invites students aged 4-18 to generate new ideas to improve personal health through wellness and healing. Your kindness and creativity could win up to $100,000 and make a difference in the world.
