This Accessibility Statement applies to: skild.com

Because everyone should be Skild,
we value digital inclusion.

We believe that innovation should be driven by everyone, regardless of ability.  In our effort to provide a fully accessible and optimized user experience for all site visitors, skild.com has taken careful measure to ensure an excellent user experience, regardless of the assistive technology being used to access this site or the specific abilities of those individuals seeking access to this site.

Accessibility commitment & standards . . .

We are dedicated to improving the Skild platform so that it can be used by everyone.

VPAT

Skild attained a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (or VPAT), which affirms that our platform is accessible to a wide range of submitters with disabilities.

A Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT), per section508.gov, is a document that explains how information and communication technology products such as software, hardware, electronic content, and support documentation meet (conform to) the Revised 508 Standards for IT accessibility. A VPAT helps Federal agency contracting officials and government buyers to assess ICT for accessibility when doing market research and evaluating proposals.

WCAG 2.0

Skild’s VPAT follows industry standards outlined in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. WCAG is maintained by the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium).

These globally recognized best practices (as recommended by the World Wide Web Consortium) consist of three levels of accessibility measurement (A, AA, and AAA). To the greatest extent feasible, skild.com has elected to conform to Level AA of these guidelines.

AudioEye Accessibility Certification

The skild.com website is monitored and tested regularly by internal resources and also by AudioEye, a third-party provider of Web Accessibility testing and monitoring. As issues of accessibility are identified, results of automated and manual testing are managed through the AudioEye® Digital Accessibility Platform. As new solutions are discovered to improve the user experience, remediation is tracked through the AudioEye system and fixes are implemented to improve the website user experience.

The AudioEye Certification seal represents a commitment to accessibility and digital inclusion. The AudioEye certification process involves automatic and manual testing with the goal of maximizing conformance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA Success Criteria.

AudioEye certifies that this site is in the process of being enhanced to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA Success Criteria to the greatest extent possible.

AudioEye and skild.com continue to collaborate in an ongoing effort to maintain conformance and provide an accessible user experience for all users
